Im not really planning on buying a horse because my parents probably wouldnt allow it. You know, all the time and money put in.


But I just want to see the average (or just any amount) of what most ppl sell there horses for. And Ill use it as a future reference for when Im ready to get a horse or when my parents let me or something. :/ idkWhat site shows horses for sale in my area?
There's a wonderful site and it's called ww.petfinder DOT com. You just type in your city and state (zip code helps) and you should come up with some listings. To answer your question:


A partial lease (half lease) is typically when you share the horse with the owner (or another leaser) and split the fees, riding time, work, etc. Most leases are paid in monthly installments.





Also, many horse owners that are selling their horses will place them at a low price (typically %26gt; $100). This means they want someone to make an offer. Grand Prix Jumpers don't sell for $5, trust me. ;-)

However, I REALLY, REALLY strongly advise you DO NOT get a horse. You obviously know NOTHING about them. 400$ is no NEAR enough for a horse, no counting board, tack, bruches, feed, blankets, so so forth. Please do abuse the poor horse.
