I'd also get a local newspaper and look in the classifieds, or drive to nearby ranches and breeding farms and check out their stock. People will often post fliers up at feed stores and gas stations.Does anybody know of any horses for sale in AR?

You bet there are horses for sale in AR. Call your local feed stores and start there with your search. Ask for breeders and trainers or if they have heard of any for sale.
