Why not get a copy of Horse and Hound and have a look at back pages, I'm sure you'll find loads and it'll be safer than getting offline I'd say.

You can go on www.petfinder.com and type in your area and click horse and if there are any in you area they are sure to show up. It's a great site.

And I hate to say it, but I bought a beautiful warmblood type online, and he was advertised on kijiji.com





I looked at literally a thousand horses online, and he was the second one I went to look at.





ALSO I searched for local rescue programs. You can get lovely ex-race horses (thoroughbred) at very reasonable prices - and some have never even been raced.





Enjoy your search. I know I did! And it's worth it to get a vet check! Mine cost 120$, and the vet did a thorough check.
